I am thrilled to invite you to a workshop I'm giving June 5-7 at Kripalu Institute in the sublime Berkshire Mountains of Mass. I look forward to this time of retreat to get a break from the mundane world to replenish. I hope you can join me.
With love,
Judith

I remember reading in a book of yours several years ago about how even deeply committed we may be with our partners, that highly sensitive folks may need to sleep alone occasionally.
I was so moved by that as I felt guilty about how I felt in my first marriage being unable to relax completely at night. Now, don't laugh, I am in my second marriage and a king size tempurpedic bed has made all the difference. I do have a completely different relationship with this wonderful man and I feel very comfortable with him but still the lack of movement provided by the mattress is great.
Also, I LOVE using a weighted blanket. You can find out all about them at http://weightedblanket.net I have never had such a tangible sense of peace and relief as I do when I am under a weighted blanket. Mine was 14 pounds, 10% of my body weight plus a pound. Hard to describe the peace I feel. You have to try it!
Thanks for your work! There is peace available for us sensitive little pups and I appreciate your efforts to help all of us!

I couln´t find another tech way do tell you that I have the honour and great pleasure of translate your book Emotional Freedom into portuguese. I live in Rio, Brasil, and I must say that for more than 30 years of translation jobs your book is the most vernacular challenge I´ve ever had. I´m amazed to see the way you shift from basic slang and old idiomatic expressions to a shakesperean vocabulary in a second! Thanks to you I´m learning a lot. Not only about words, but also with the contents of your book.
Best regards.
Angela
